While some of it might be a dry read, overall it is a riveting insight into the operations of our political class and their attitude towards the expenditure of public money for political gain.
It lifts the veil on longstanding pathetic conduct.
If implemented fully, this report should drag NL provincial politics kicking and screaming from the 19th century and set the standard for ethical political behavior in the province.
And it is about time.
